Under the Blood red sun- Sawyer shine

Under the Blood Red Sun is an amazing book which I recommend. It takes place in Hawaii during World War 2. It is told in a very interesting way and is very detailed.The main character Tommy tells the story. He is 13 years old. His best friend Billy is American and Tommy is American with Japanese parents. He lives with his grandfather who is obsessed with Japan and likes to hang up the Japanese flag. One day they almost got killed because he was waving it around.when they got attacked the at pearl harbor.
